This schedule is a baseline planning tool. Sequencing may shift based on permit timing, site conditions, weather, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and material lead times. The plan will be updated as work progresses and field conditions are uncovered.
Timber Tek LLC is managing the full project and remains the single point of coordination. Specialized subcontractors may be used for scopes such as roofing, concrete, garage doors, and electrical — all under Timber Tek's direction.
The project includes substantial structural work: new footings, slab-on-grade pours, lally columns and support framing, LVL and engineered framing components, roof sheathing replacement, and targeted repairs to the historic timber frame.
Bora-Care treatment is applied after structural repairs and again at project completion to protect the restored timber frame long-term.
